You’ll see bodyweight work, free weights, resistance tools, and high-intensity formats like AMRAPs, EMOMs, and Tabata, always with options to modify or progress.

HIIT Fit

This high-energy interval training class combines short bursts of intense movement with brief recovery periods to enhance endurance, build strength, and leave you feeling accomplished. Each session is unique, keeping your body challenged and your mind engaged. It’s fast, fun, and highly effective—no treadmill needed!

Power Circuit

Power up your workout with this dynamic full-body circuit class. You'll power through a series of high-intensity stations that focus on strength, endurance, and agility. Whether lifting weights, moving, or using your body weight, each round is designed to challenge your limits and help you build power in every move. Get ready to sweat, push your boundaries, and unleash your potential.

H.I.S. Fit

Get ready for a total-body challenge with HIS Fit Power & Strength! This high-intensity strength class features 12 different moves, designed to push your limits and build strength. You’ll cycle through three rounds, starting with 40 seconds of work and 15 seconds of rest, then 35 seconds of work and 15 seconds of rest, and finishing strong with 40 seconds of work and 15 seconds of rest again. Every round brings a fresh intensity, and each move is designed to target key muscle groups and enhance your overall fitness. Are you ready to unleash your strength?

Fit & Flow

This class is all about moving with ease and recovering like a pro. Fit & Flow combines gentle mobility exercises, stretching, and flow sequences designed to improve flexibility, release tension, and enhance overall body awareness. Whether you're recovering from a tough workout or just looking to improve your range of motion, this class will leave you feeling restored, refreshed, and more connected to your body. It’s the perfect complement to your more intense workouts!

WOD (Workout of the Day)

Get ready to crush your day with high-energy, fast-paced WOD (workout of the day), designed to push your limits and make you sweat! Whether you’re tackling an EMOM (Every Minute on the Minute) or an AMRAP (As Many Rounds As Possible), each session is packed with functional movements, explosive exercises, and a bit of friendly competition.
